Mridu Kapoor is an ambitious MBA candidate in Sustainability Management at the TERI School of Advanced Studies, where she served as the elected Class Representative. A specialized strategist in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, Mridu bridges the gap between ethical philosophy and data-driven corporate responsibility. Her academic foundation is rooted in a B.A. (H) in Philosophy from Hindu College, University of Delhi, which informs her unique perspective on the intersection of human behavior and ecological trends.
She served as a Business Development Strategist at AEROBOS Environment Solutions, where she revamped business models to attract green investment. Previously, as an Associate at Hemsworth Consulting, she successfully embedded ESG metrics into organizational strategies, aligning people management with long-term business responsibility.
As the Climate Founder of Advaita under the Millennium Fellowship (UNAI), Mridu led a team of 20 interns to build a climate-conscious community of over 800 members on a zero-dollar budget. She is also a Women in Energy Fellow with the Climate Collective, focusing on advancing SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy for all.
Mridu is a prolific researcher with a published paper on the Bhagvada Gita and Climate Change. Her recent work includes presenting an abstract on Making India Resilient: CSR in DRR at the World Summit on Disaster Management in 2025. Her forthcoming research explores the social pillar performance in Indian corporations and business models for zero-plastic transitions.
She has gained international exposure as a Global Onboarding Assistant for the World Spirit of the Game Foundation in Switzerland and a Human Resource Intern at Gao Tek Inc. in New York. Additionally, her experience as a Justice Campaigner for the Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation involved mobilizing audiences of over 500 people through powerful oral and visual communication.
Beyond her professional accolades, Mridu is a dedicated volunteer who has organized campus-wide climate justice campaigns and served as an End Plastic Use Campaigner for the Tide Turner Project by WWF-India and UNEP. Multilingual and multi-talented, she holds certifications in French and Chinese, while maintaining interests in Tarot Reading and community mobilization. Through her diverse experiences, Mridu continues to champion the people, planet, and profit model, driving systemic change for a resilient future.
